Abans Agri Warehousing & Logistics Pvt. Ltd (“AGW&LPL”) is in the business of providing
post-harvest solutions in respect of Agri commodities. It provides warehousing services,
collateral and risk management services. The Company aims to be a one-stop complete
solution provider for Agri commodities.
Abans Broking Services Private Limited (“ABSPL”) is an ISO 9001:2015 company for providing
Commodity Trading and Broking Services. It is a SEBI regulated entity authorized to conduct
dealing in Indian Commodities segment. ABSPL is a full-fledged financial market player catering
to high net worth corporate/ high net worth individuals.
At Abans Realty and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (AR&IPL), we construct
and maintain warehouses for storing directly or indirectly procured agricultural
products. Thus, we take care of the entire lifecycle of commodity trading from procurement,
storing to trading.
Abans Jewels Private Limited (AJPL) deals in the manufacturing and trading of plain
Gold, Silver and Diamond jewellery, catering to domestic as well as an international
market.

Private Limited (ASPL) is a SEBI registered entity, authorized
to conduct dealing in Indian equities segment. It is an end-to-end Financial Services
& Solution Providers.
At Abans Financial Private Limited (AFPL), we borrow and lend to various co-corporate.
AFPL is an NBFC registered with the RBI, in the category of non-acceptance of public
deposits with dated 12th August, 2013.
